Summer School is now in Session
Resources perfect for summer school and helping your kids avoid the "summer slide" while on break
Whether you're a teacher planning for summer school or a parent who wants their kids to continue to learn while on summer break, we have the resources for you. We offer skill-specific task cards that can be used in multiple ways to ensure growth in targeted areas with which your student or child may be struggling. Among that, we offer a spiral review they can do all summer long that will continue where they left off in the classroom, challenging them and keeping them sharp all throughout the summer. You will appreciate that it gets them ready for back to school, and they will appreciate that it only takes about 15 minutes each day. They will be back to playing in the water hose and watching cartoons in no time!
Reading and Writing
Grades 3 - 5
DAILY READING READY© is a standards-based program that follows a research-based model of continuous, systematic instruction, building from simple to complex to help students learn and retain skills. In these units for May/June, students practice reading & vocabulary skills in 10-15 minute daily lessons.
Daily Spiral Review
School has just ended… Both teachers and students are exhausted, yet some students need additional support in order to move on and be successful in the next grade. But, how do we gain the students’ interest in something they were unsuccessful with during the regular school year?
